I know it seems weird, but now we're back to Spring Training games as we face the LA Dodgers tonight. As if our internal clocks aren't messed up enough already with the 6 am starts, this game starts at 10:40 pm.
In other news, Beckett is feeling better and started in a minor league game yesterday.
"The best-case scenario is he can pitch the last day in Toronto," manager Terry Francona said. "For me, it's good, because he's healthy. He's not limping around. Everything is going great, which is why there's not a lot of anxiety from that standpoint."
You can read more about Beckett and Colon here.
I won't be here over the weekend (I'll be camping), but on Monday, just like Arnold Schwarzenegger, I'll be back.
While I'm gone, you can watch this video from "Red Sox Monster" to show you what happens when you bring famous people who know nothing about baseball to Japan for the Opening Series. This could, of course, be staged, but it's still pretty funny.
I hope you all have a nice weekend!

It's me on Monday morning. I hope you had a good time camping...it was a pretty nice weekend 130 miles to your north and east (that's me). A little nippy at night and the early mornings, though. Bye! Enjoy your day....
