Happy April Fool's Day!
I hope none of you were pranked at all today, but if you were, be glad that you you have a whole year to plan some revenge!
Here's some good news: JD Drew is feeling better, so he will be playing in Wednesday's game. Tonight (at 10:05 pm), Ellsbury will take his spot in right field, and Crisp will be in center.
Here, JD sounded optimistic: "Unless something crazy happens I think I should be right on track. As long as everything stays on track, I'll be ready to get the season under way. I really hated missing Opening Day in Japan. Just because of the circumstances, I couldn't really perform the way I wanted to. I've had some time to try to heal up and I should be ready to go."

Saw you posting on Peter's blog - thought I'd stop by. Nice blog - I like it! I like the support for JD Drew - he's not getting a lot in Boston yet. But I think he's going to win people over this year - too much talent not to.
Can't wait until the Sox on on the east coast.
I did get pranked - my daughter taped the handle down on the sprayer at the kitchen sink - when I turned on the water I got soaked - little rascal!
Rooster, this IS a great place to stop in...every day! I happen to like your daughter's sense of humor! I hope the water was warm!!!!!!!!
