For the first time since Game 2 of the '07 World Series, the Sox played a game at Fenway Park! I was at school for the majority of the game and for the Ring Ceremony, but I heard that they were both awesome!
Thanks to Dice-K and the rest of the team, the Tigers are now 0-7.
Even more exciting than the shutout, though, is the Ring Ceremony that preceeded it. From the pictures I've seen, these rings seem really spectacular!
With today's win, we're at .500, which ties us with the Yanks.
If Lester pitches the way he did last Wednesday, we are pretty much guaranteed another win tommorow, and that should put us in great shape for our battle against New York this weekend.

I was there, and they were awesome, as well as Dice-K (note - I got a few photos of him in action yesterday and will be posting them much later today).
And the Tigers lived up to your expectations :D
Tame those Tigers!
Love to see the Yankees struggling. Let's hope those struggles continue through the weekend!
Go Lester!
They were, in fact, awesome! I got to watch on MLB.tv, which boned me out of sing Buckner's entrance, but I got to see the rings and Pesky (along with Papi) hoist the flag.
Absolutely wonderful!
Caroline- Can't wait to see those pics!
Rooster- I love that line--"Tame those Tigers!"
DPS- Cool! There should be video up somewhere on the internet soon, so we can both watch Buckner (as well as the rest of the day's events).
